Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Not personalised or custom-made
Exceptions — Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Cosmetic and personal care products
- Perishable or natural goods
- Personalised or custom items
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at vanyahandcraft@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
